    Open your legs into a wide leg split. Make sure your sit bones are directed straight into the earth or slightly backwards. With a straight spine take a deep breath and lean forward. Go as far as you can still beath comfortably with a straight spine. Relax your inner thighs as you beome more aware of your breath.
