    Make a step forward and fall over your front leg. Keep both legs straight, turn your hip facing forward and engage the bandas of your feet to make a solid connection with the ground. Tilt your tailbone up and elongate your spine. Use a block if needed to keep your spine straight. Breathe into your lower back and the backsite of your front leg.
