Take the left knee back and keep your right leg straight. With your back straight open your arms with and center your spine over your right leg and just fold forward and relax. Come back up and your left hand assists your left foot forward and take it across your right leg. Your left hand is behind you on the floor. Keep your toes pointing up and take your right hand up and twist to your left. Breath in, back straight, breath out and twist. That counter twist by taking both hands to the right. And now we switch
