HW: Bed Yoga Series
So I actually LOVEDDD bed yoga way more than I thought I would for three reasons.
- It really did help with my insomnia and sleep issues. Plus, you don’t have to go through the extra work of rolling out your mat. You can literally just do it right there on your bed. Which makes it so comfy! I do 10 minutes of bed yoga before I go to bed and then I read and fall right asleep every time!
- I tend to get anxiety at night and its a practice that really helps me gt embodied. It helps me to get out of my head and back into my body! I feel like it really nourishes my nervous system.
- It helps me with restless legs! I always get restless legs when I am trying to sleep which contributes a lot to my insomnia. Whenever I practice bed yoga before bed, my legs feel so good all night!
