    Spinal Balance + variations
    Start in table top. Knees should be under the hips and wrists under the shoulders. Extend one leg up and bend the knee. Pulse here pushing up with either the sole or the heel of the foot. They will each work different parts of the muscles.
    Another variation is we can bring the leg out to the side and kick out then bring it back and kick up. Again we will be working differently parts of the muscles.
    Now we will switch legs and do the same on the other leg.
