HW: Mantra Vinyasa
We will recite the following mantra, repeating each 7 times.
Mantra: Lam, Vam, Ram, Yam, Ham, Aum, Om
Starting in a low plank, lower the knees and come into your stomach. Hands should be positioned under the shoulders and tops of the feet resting on the mat. Inhale and straighten the arms pushing up into cobra. Chest is lifted and a slight backbend.
Take a deep breath and we will begin the mantra. Lam (7x). Vam (7x). Ram (7x). Yam (7x). Ham (7x). Aum (7x). Om (7x).
