Seated Eagle Arms
Come into a seated position, crossing the right leg over the left. Inhale opening the arms wide. Exhale crossing the arms in front, left over right, and winding the arms around each other bringing the palms into a prayer. Lift the arms up and away from the chest. Thumbs should be in front of the face. Gaze forward beyond the hands looking out in both directions.
