Pose: Supported Handstand (Kicking up Technique)
This pose is perfect for beginners who are trying to learn to do a handstand. Start by folding forward and placing your hands flat onto the ground. Stabilize here and stay strong in the arms and hands. Life one leg up first, bend the other knee and fast and quick push on that bend see and life up your other leg and lean them on the wall. You can work on your handstand by taking the feet away from the wall for a couple seconds at a time. Keep your feet flexed, engaged and active.
