Pose: Dolphin
From downward dog, lower your elbows to the floor. Keep lifted in your downward dog position and draw your shoulder blades into your upper back ribs and toward your tailbone. Drag your arms down toward the end of the mat. Stay strong in the arms. Keep your back straight.
