    Side Crow, Parsva Bakasana

    Sun Salutations are helpful to lead into Side Crow. Chaturanga will strengthen and warm up your shoulders and Downward Dog will stretch out your shoulders.

    Another helpful lead-in is Boat Pose as you will need core strength to maintain Side Crow.
