HW: Miracle Morning
The miracle morning traditionally consists of 6-10 minute practices, giving you an hour of dedicated time to yourself an hour before you would usually get up to start your day. The 6 practices taught in this lesson are the thank you song, gratitude prayer, Kriya Mantra, Journaling, Visualization & dancing. During my time in Costa Rica we started the mornings with 10 minutes of reading & switched up the practices to create more flow which is also a possibility for everyone. The benefits of this miracle morning ritual helps to wake up your body, center your energy, prepare for your day and also increase your energy level. Waking up slowly, productively & in a quiet space really helps to start your day off on the right foot.
