    Is it so by the way that if we push to hard in a yoga practice we can get sich? I have now become sich, and have done about 14 days of the 30 day yoga Challenge. I could not do it yesterday because of fever. Is it so that we should not push to hard in the yoga training? And can this also be reflected into life? Thank you ❤️
