HW: Inner Thighs, Goddess Pose
Goddesspose, Utkata Konasana, # 30dayyogachallenge ❤ Bend your knees, feet pointing to each side. Keep your feet as wide as you can. Lower your hips as far down as you can. Move calmly up and down here. This exercise builds both strength and flexibility ❤ You can have your hands out to either side, your hands to your heart or over your head. Deep breaths all the way down to the abdomen. Hold for a few breaths, preferably 1 minute if you can. The next level is that you lift yourself up to your heels with your feet, and that you then only balance on your toes. Tight stomach ❤ Love it.
