Reverse warrior, fire flow ❤️ Place your feet apart. Right foot forward, and bend the knee. Knee and ankle parallel to each other. The back foot can point to the side. You can lift the back of the sole of the foot up on the front leg, to challenge yourself a little more ❤️ Take the left arm down along the left leg. Lift your right arm over your head. Use fire breath here. Inhale deeply and exhale 10 times fast. Very cleansing for the lungs. Warrior position is strong ❤️ You are strong.
