HW: Morning Yoga Energizer
This low lunge variation, stretches your legs but also gives you a spinal twist stretching your shoulders & back. You can have your hands with a prayer to the heart, 1 arm down while the other is up or you can bind your hands behind your back. Another low lunge variation you can do is widening your lunge and reaching back to lift & grab your back leg for a nice hamstring stretch.
