HW: Grounding Series
Grounding helps to connect your mind, body & soul to the earth. You can practice this with any move really focusing on rooting down to the Earth wherever your body is connected to it. Any floor stretch is an easy way to do this. For Hurdlers pose sit on your butt with your legs in front of you. Keep one leg extended forward and swing the other back behind you keeping the back leg bent. Square your hips to your front leg & bend forward reaching for your toes.
