HW: Journey into the Heart
Full wheel pose excites my inner child. Laying on your back with your hands by your head fingertips pointing toward your knees. Legs bent, push up creating a deep stretch in your back. Try to walk your hand and feet closer together. You can also try to straighten your legs to do the hollow back wheel variation. Opening your heart helps to release any pent up emotions & allows love and compassion to come in. Also taking these photos on the 10 second timer is very interesting 🤣
