HW: Empowerment Vinyasa
The Ganesh Mantra “Om Gam Ganapataye Namah” will probably be stuck in my head after this practice lol. I love when practices repeat mantras throughout, it helps to really connect to your center and get out of your head during harder poses. This pose was a down dog split variation with the top leg bent to open the hip and the opposite elbow down. Rooting down in your flat palm & your grounded back foot for stability, really getting a deep stretch in your hip. I also enjoyed the EFT at the end to anchor in the empowering energy.
