HW: Neck Healing
I personally hold a lot of tension in my neck. This simple neck stretch is my favorite that I try to do daily. Sitting in easy pose I typically do slow neck circles in both directions to really help loosen up any tightness I may have. After my neck is feeling a bit warm I will tilt my head to either side, keeping the shoulder down but reaching my ear toward that shoulder. You can place whatever side you are leaning toward, hand onto your head to help deepen the stretch. With the other hand you can massage your heck and shoulder using the hand crab claw technique. You can also use your hand to just help stretch the shoulder down creating more space in the neck.
