Standing Pigeon Pose; From a comfortable standing position, bend the right leg and bring the side of your right ankle just above the left knee, across the left thigh. You can go ahead and stay here if balancing feels like enough, or from here, sink the hips down and bring your hands together in prayer in front of the heart. It may also feel right to bring your arms to the sky, and interlace the fingers into Fire Mudra. Hold here for 5 breaths, then repeat on the other side. This pose offers a deep hip stretch as well as strengthening into the standing leg as you stabilize here💫
