    Seated Neck Clasp; From a seated crossed legged position, or Easy Pose, bring your chin to your chest. Interlace the fingers together behind your head. Keep a nice long spine, opening up the back of the neck and breathing into any tension. Allow your neck to gently stretch and open with the weight of your hands and arms. What a gorgeous feeling💫
