    10 breaths of bliss✨
    Sit with your legs crossed comfortably.Place your hands on your knees.Inhale through your nose as much as you can filling up your lungs while slightly leaning back, on your exhale (through the nose) bend forward pushing all of the air out. Repeat this 10 times going as fast or as slow as you prefer focusing on the breath. On your last inhale hold the breath for atleast 30 seconds before exhaling.
    Repeat this up to 3 times. This practice will not only bring you bliss, it will also help you increase your lung capacity.
