HW: Bed Yoga
So bed yoga is literally one of the most important parts of my practice. I do it almost every night before I go to bed and it’s the best way to wind down, look back on your day, and then let it all go! I never knew how powerful simply sitting in bed and doing a few yoga poses could be. It helped me go from taking hours to fall asleep to minutes, helped me stay asleep longer, and it helped me feel more refreshed when I wake up in the morning.
If you could spend five minutes in bed doing some butterfly folds (like in this photo), some leg stretches, baby pose, and child’s pose just to see how it affects you, you may be pleasantly surprised, I know I sure was!Oh ya, it also helped me with my bad dreams!
