    Warrior 2 Variation;
    In Downward Dog, inhale, lift the right leg up to the sky into Downward Dog Split. Exhale, step the right leg forward between the hands. Pivot the back (left) foot flat, the right foot is in line with the arch of the left foot. Bring your right arm to the inside of the right knee, right palm flat to your mat at the inside of your right foot. Inhale, take the left arm to the sky, rotating your torso so that your right and left arms are stacked in one straight line. Grounding into the outer edge of the left foot to stabilize and balance. Use the right elbow to gently press the right knee open, breathing into the inner thigh. Strong legs.
