    Anahatasana- Puppy Pose;
    From a seated position, ankles crossed, come up onto hands and knees. Lower the chest gently all the way to the mat, hips stay nice and high. Looking between the hands and breathing into the shoulders. Allowing the blood to flow, feeling a deep opening throughout the shoulders and thoracic spine.
