    I’ve been enjoying bed yoga for several years, since I first saw Dashama’s videos on youtube. Gentle stretching in bed is such a wonderful way to ease the tension of the day and encourage a deeper rest. Relaxing into the mattress deepens the poses as you set yourself up for a good nights sleep. Currently I’m enjoying adding massages in to my nightly routine.

    Bed yoga is such a great way to start or end the day.
