  HW: Chakra Series 4

  Fourth Chakra, Heart, Anahata, Green.
  Unhurt, unstruck, unbeaten. Located at the heart, this Chakra is deeply centered around love, forgiveness, compassion, and joy! This Chakra is special because it connects the physical to the spiritual. Anahata is associated with the element Air connecting and integrating everything around us. If this Chakra is blocked you may feel heart, neck, and chest pain. As well as deal with feelings of unworthiness codependent habits, and an inability to trust others.
  Practice gratitude! Try keeping a journal to remind you of all the love and joy in your life! Do heart openers like cat/cow and anahatasana (puppy pose).
  Mantra: I deeply, and completely, love and accept myself!
