    Part 1: Gratitude Song

This got me emotional and I would really love to have this song available in mp3 so I could put it as my alarm clock. Waking up to this changes the WHOLE day. Is like I feel indestructible and can handle any challenge, with grace.

    Part 2: Gratitude Prayer

As I was following Dashama’s words and repeating after her, I couldn’t stop but smile the whole time. Was more than a smile, was really a total smile from ear to ear, that wouldn’t vanish. The words were echoing first in my chest, then in my face and then expanding upward, and as I was gazing up to the sky, I could feel fully supported and guided. All the fear or uncertainty was gone. All the constant rebellion against the world was softened.

    Part 3: Kriya Mantra

I’ve done this one last April when I did the Self Love and Yoga challenge. It’s impressive how the last time I did it, I was going through a challenging breakup, and this time I did it when I basically moved countries. It shouldn’t surprise me anymore these kind of coincidences. I’m just thankful that these practices come exactly when I most need them, in times of big change. And they reassure me that I’m in the right path.

    Part 4: Journal Writing

Writing about what I’m grateful for is usually a long task, because there’s really a lot. I used to write only when I was sad or highly philosophical. Was totally oblivious that journaling could be used as manifestation and gratitude.

    Part 5: Visualization

This was the strongest practice of the miracle morning for me. I noticed a few months ago that the meditations that include visualizations are always the deepest experiences with big epiphanies and heart and soul connection, for me.

I sobbed out of happiness and I didn’t think that this was possible!!! My tears washed my face and I was really crying a lot of happiness. This was crazy. A lot of people came to my mind, a lot of things in my life that I’m grateful for. And they were SO many that I got overwhelmed. Overwhelmed of gratitude. And this is something that I could only experience with psilocybin before.

    Part 6: Dancing

This is part of my routine or at least a few hours per week I dedicate to dancing. Before I needed to drink a lot in order to feel free to dance. Now I just put the music on, and that’s it! I dance until I’m sweating everywhere 😋🙌 to finish this miracle morning dancing was a beautiful blessed gift.

To conclude: I believe having this as a routine would benefit every area of our lives. For some time I believed yoga was the solution for everything in the world. And I’m learning day by day, that there are infinite tools. The important thing is the intention and devotion and consistency. I’m grateful for learning all of this 🙏♥️
