HW: Kundalini
My favorite Kriyas were the ones where you are focusing on the Mula Bandha, like the Sat Kriya and the Sudarshan Chakra Kriya. I loved how much heat was brought into the body and how alive you felt afterwards. It was difficult at first to be mindful of holding the banha, holding the arm positions, focusing on a certain point within the body, maintaining a specific breath work, and all while chanting a mantra in your head! It’s an awful lot to remember! But I focus on doing what I can when I can remember and not being thrown off by the idea of perfection. I’m just getting into the point of my life where I understand I can understand and release my own energy and it is empowering! I can’t wait to see the changes in my mental clarity and my stamina after practicing kundalini regularly. 🧡
