Day 27: Reverse Plank
Seated on the Earth with your legs in front of you, plant your hands facing forward beneath your shoulders. Pressing yourself up through your arms, lift your legs and open up your heart centre. Having your gaze forward, towards the sky, or letting it go freely.Exhale and return yourself to the ground, countering this practice with a forward fold.
