Butterfly Pose B (Baddha Konasana B)
🦋Sit with your legs straight in front of you. Inhale.
🦋As you exhale, bend the legs and pull the heels towards your pelvis dropping your knees out to the sides and press the soles of your feet together.
🦋Interlocking the fingers of the hands, grip the feet firmly, stretch the spine erect and gaze straight ahead.
🦋As you exhale, fold forward as much as comfortable, reaching the floor with your head
🦋Place the elbows on the thighs and press them down.
