    Day 23 Self Massage Yoga: Hurdler Pose with Chop Massage 🧘
    Begin seated on the ground with your legs in front of you. Bring one leg in, then with your hand grab your ankle and bring it behind you. Place your arms back, opening up your shoulders. Keep one arm behind while using the other to give the bent leg muscles a chop massage. Begin to chop your leg from the top of your hip down towards your knee and back up. Massage as needed, then grab that ankle and bring it back in front to switch legs. Perform this practice to the other side.
    Bring your body into an easy seated pose to take 5 deep breaths. During your breathing anchor in this moment and our practice of self care today.
