Hurdler Pose variation
Start in an upright seated position on the floor with your legs out in front of you.
From here, take your right leg and bend it behind you, touching your sitbones with your right heel.
Find your support with your left arm, and with your right one, make a fist and massage your right thigh and hip. (Gucci wouldn’t let me hehe)
