Day 21: Chair pose
Begin in mountain pose, planting your feet firmly on the earth. Raise your arms towards the sky as you bend your knees and allow your hips to slowly sink down into our chair pose. Keep your chest up as you look forward, make sure your knees don’t surpass your toes as you distribute the weight into the balls of your feet. Take 5 deep breaths, then on your last inhale rise up and continue your day.
