    Reverse Warrior (Viparita Virabhadrasana)

    • From Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II) inhale, drop the left arm down to left thigh or calf. Lift the right arm up.
    • Exhale: Stretch the arm upwards deeper and drop the head back, gazing up.
