HW: Day 16: empowerment vinyasa
Upward Facing Dog (Urdhva Mukha Svanasana)
- From Thunderbolt (kneeling) pose, stretch the arms in front of you on the floor, and bring the spine stretched out and lie down on your tummy.
- Place the palms on the floor close to your chest bending the elbows.
- Inhale. Raise the upper body from the floor and stretch the arms out, by pushing the palms and the thighs on the floor.
- The entire body rests on the toes and palms hovering just above the floor.
- Exhale completely as you take the upper back backwards with the neck slightly bend back.
- Make sure the shoulders and elbows are straight.
