Hw – day 15: Standing Balance
Eagle Pose (Garudasana)
🦅Inhale. Shift body weight to left foot.
🦅Exhale. Bend knees slightly, lift right leg up and wrap it over the left leg.
🦅If available hook the top of right foot behind left calf.
🦅Find your balance.
🦅Straighten your hands. Left arm on top, right arm under; wrap together; press the palms together and lift the elbows to shoulder level.🦅Gaze between your hands.
