Pigeon Pose
🕊Start in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downdog)
🕊Inhale. Left leg up.
🕊Exhale. Bend your left knee towards your chest and lower your leg to the mat.
🕊Place your knee behind your left wrist. Place your ankle close to your right hip, or closer to your right wrist, depending on your flexibility.
🕊Straighten your right leg out behind you, toes pointed.
🕊Keep your hips square.
🕊Inhale, lengthen your spine reaching the crown of your head towards the sky, with a slight backbend.
🕊Make sure your shoulders are rolled back, away from the ears.
