    Pigeon Pose

    🕊Start in Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downdog)

    🕊Inhale. Left leg up.

    🕊Exhale. Bend your left knee towards your chest and lower your leg to the mat.

    🕊Place your knee behind your left wrist. Place your ankle close to your right hip, or closer to your right wrist, depending on your flexibility.

    🕊Straighten your right leg out behind you, toes pointed.

    🕊Keep your hips square.

    🕊Inhale, lengthen your spine reaching the crown of your head towards the sky, with a slight backbend.

    🕊Make sure your shoulders are rolled back, away from the ears.

      I’m noticing that I was doing a lot of ‘basic’ poses in a wrong way :/ It’s so good to record and take pictures of the classes cause I can learn what to align better! So basically my shoulders were always closed and my back rounded in all poses. Beijinhos 😘😘

        That’s amazing that you’re noticing a positive improvement! It is so helpful to look at ourselves in photos and videos and then gain more internal awareness when we are out of alignment or closing off. Great work! 🌟 🎉🤩
