Day 9: Fire Flow
Warrior II (Virabhadrasana II)
🐚Bring your feet together and standing at the centre of the mat (facing the longer side of the yoga mat).
🐚From the centre, bring your feet wide apart placing them away from each other.
🐚Stretch out your arms, at shoulder level.
🐚Turn the left foot towards the short side of the mat and bend your left knee, aligned with the heel.
🐚The right foot points towards the long side of the mat.
🐚Slowly turn your upper body towards the left foot.
🐚Make sure the elbows are not bent and the palms are facing downwards, hands aligned with the shoulders, like a spear.
🐚The right knee cap should be locked and tight.
🐚Turn the head and gaze at the left fingers stretched out in front of you.
🐚Once the body is comfortable and is well aligned, begin the slow deep breathing (or in this case Fire breathing 😜).
