    Nadi Shodhana (Alternate nostril breathing)

    ๐ŸŒฌ Start in a comfortable seated position and connect with your breathing.

    ๐ŸŒฌ Put your left hand in your left knee or rested in your lap.

    ๐ŸŒฌ With your right hand, place both your indicator and middle finger in your third eye chakra.

    ๐ŸŒฌ Cover your right nostril with your right thumb.

    ๐ŸŒฌ Inhale through your left nostril for 8 seconds.

    ๐ŸŒฌHold your breath for 8 seconds. Remove your thumb from your nostril and cover the left nostril with your ring finger.

    ๐ŸŒฌExhale for 8 seconds from your right nostril. Inhale from the same nostril for 8 seconds. Hold for 8 seconds.

    ๐ŸŒฌRepeat this cycle at least 5 times.

    Lovely! The only thing I might adjust would be changing the word “in” to “on” when talking about where to place the fingers. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’–
