HW 4th day: Pranayama – Breathwork
Nadi Shodhana (Alternate nostril breathing)
๐ฌ Start in a comfortable seated position and connect with your breathing.
๐ฌ Put your left hand in your left knee or rested in your lap.
๐ฌ With your right hand, place both your indicator and middle finger in your third eye chakra.
๐ฌ Cover your right nostril with your right thumb.
๐ฌ Inhale through your left nostril for 8 seconds.
๐ฌHold your breath for 8 seconds. Remove your thumb from your nostril and cover the left nostril with your ring finger.
๐ฌExhale for 8 seconds from your right nostril. Inhale from the same nostril for 8 seconds. Hold for 8 seconds.
๐ฌRepeat this cycle at least 5 times.
