✨Crescent Low Lunge✨
Lower knee to the mat and release the top of your foot to the mat. Lift arms and gaze to the sky and move hips toward the front.Engage glutes and quads.On exhalation, lift sternum and extend spine to come to a backbend. Hold for several breaths then repeat on other leg.
