Crescent Low Lunge Pose (Anjaneyasana)
🧚🏼Start in Mountain Pose Tadasana.
🧚🏼Step one foot back and lower the knee to the ground.
🧚🏼Make sure your front knee is aligned with your heel.
🧚🏼Inhale, rise arms up and overhead, shoulders slide down the back.
🧚🏼Interlace your fingers in Namaste or Fire Mudra.
🧚🏼Each inhale fills the lower breathing space.
