HW: Miracle Morning
Mornings have become my favourite part of the day, it’s the time where you can restart and choose any new path or mindset to carry onward. Every morning I have a few activities which help anchor myself into the new day with a strong body, mind, and spirit. I know it may seem difficult to put this time aside for yourself during each grand rising, but the benefits are unimaginable and can truly transform your reality. I greet each morning with 6 actions done for at least 10 minutes each. First I sing a gratitude song; “Thank you for this day spirit thank you for this day, Thank you for this day spirit thank you for this day.” I follow this with a gratitude prayer; this is where I will allow my thoughts to flow as I begin each statement with “I am grateful for…” and watch how the list of abundance grows. The third action is to chant a kriya mantra, whatever you feel called to use. Following this, I grab my journal to allow my thoughts and ideas to flow freely without an outside opinion, just me, myself, and the universe flowing through me. Afterwards I begin a visualization exercise, I envision all that I see as my current reality, I envision how the environment around me reflects warmth and light to create the reality I dream of. I then finish my morning with a minimum 10 mins dance allowing my body to flow freely, feeling each part of my body become alive again ready to fly into the world 🧚✨ Thank you for choosing to be here for yourself and participating in a practice for your mind, body, and spirit.
