I love smoothies for a light, filling breakfast/snack or after a workout. I enjoyed all the ones I tried from the book. My go to is always the Chocolate Chai Spice smoothie
1 cup Almond Milk
1 scoop Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
1 frozen Banana (or ice)
1 T Cinnamon
1 T Ginger
1.5 T Chia Seeds
