HW: Fire Flow
Warrior 2- Virabhadrasana II
W/Fire Breath 10x each side
This practice is about letting go and restoring within yourself what needs healing.
For this practice we will hold our pose for 3 fire breaths on each side of our warrior 2.
We will begin by sinking forward into a lunge and expanding our arms outwards. When you’re ready, take a deep breath in and exhale in short pulses, bringing the awareness to the core as you let it expand and collapse ten times out. Take 2 more breaths here.
Switch over to your right leg now, bending forward and placing your left leg back with your toes facing outward.
Once you’ve completed your breaths on each side, release yourself to a seated position and think of 3 things you’re thankful for on this grand rising day.
