Yes! If you already have a 200 or 300 hour ytt certification, you can earn an extra 200 or 300 hours with us by enrolling in the bali ytt retreat and online training. Please inquire about your specific situation so we can offer you a customized option to best fit your needs and goals 

We suggest all of our Participants have at least 6 months practice experience before joining us in bali. Yes! We accept most other yoga teachers certification hours as long as they are also yoga alliance accredited. Please be sure to inquire about your specific situation

Yes! You can start with ytt300 (10 day retreat + 200 hours online) then join us for 2 more 10 day retreats at your pace to earn the full 500 hours

Yes! We have both the fast track option for the online ytt200 that allows you to graduate in 8-12 weeks or if you prefer go at your own pace and take your time. We have graduates who have focused and graduated in 8-12 weeks and some take 1-2 years. All is ok. It is based on what you need and feel is best for you.

Yes! We created this ytt program to fill a huge demand in the world for deep and powerful healing that so many people are in need of at this time. Pranashama translates to mean “energy healer” so yes! We still teach that in all our trainings, yet we have expanded our programs to include so much more so flow state institute is the more expanded school and pranashama is the yoga shamanic healing aspect of our lineage.
