It has taken me MONTHS to get to this point. Honestly I still fall out of it all of the time! </p>
<p>From kneeling position touch your elbows with your other hands to get the correct size of your base. Then keep your elbows planted and clasp your fingers together. Tip your head down until the top of your head is flat&hellip;</p>
