<p>Some nice shoulder love can be done in many places. </p>
<p>Can do chair yoga through out ones day that they may sit. </p>
<p>Broke collar bone in car accident so personally excited learning to do my best to restore strong shoulders.</p>

<p>Right here is a quick shift into flow galaxy. </p>
<p>We are doing some nadi stuff. </p>
<p>Rest your left hand in an okay pose on your left knee. </p>
<p>Taking your right hand, fold in the first two fingers while using the rest to close the left nostril. </p>
<p>We will be doing a breathing sequence in the count of 8 as inhale, retain, and exhale. </p>

<p>Stretching arms wide open and up with all your heart. </p>
<p>Begin exhaling as you bring them down, relaxing inside yourself. </p>
<p>Bringing your hands gracefully down towards the one leg out. </p>
<p>Grabbing a strap or towel if being used. </p>
