My core strength isn&#8217;t ready for that yet &#x263a;&#xfe0f;</p>
<p>But I have been practicing by the wall with the kick up version. </p>
<p>Stand close to the wall. Place your hands down to the earth, lifting the one leg up bending the other knee and kicking up. </p>
