Seated Spinal Twist

From Easy Seat-INHALE reach arms overhead with drishti up (gaze)-EXHALE and begin to twist to the right, placing your left hand to the outside of the right thigh and right arm behind you like a second spine-On your inhales uplift through the crown of your head creating space in the spinal column to EXHALE and rotate-keep rolling right shoulder blade into spine and try to gaze behind your right shoulder; Repeat this cycle for 5-10 rounds of breath-To release, INHALE and reach both arms back overhead while rotating back to center, EXHALE and lower arms. Repeat on other side.
